Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Times & Regions
We offer standard insured shipping worldwide. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Standard International Delivery: 7 to 15 business days.

Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees levied by the destination country. Lainly is not responsible for these charges if applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.
